The project, located in one of the most privileged plots of Khiran, evokes a certain iconic function at the very seafront area, by its presence, size and particular geometrical shape. Regardless of the plot limits, it sits in its center as an isolated object, developed in such a way that defines its purpose and character. Its vast program is presented in a very simple manner, guaranteeing a clear hierarchy between spaces.

At the center, the main house contains the noble parts of the program, while less important spaces are kept in another building at the north-west edge of the plot, such as technical areas and services. Structurally, the weight of the roof sets over in a set of columns, relating to the classical architectural principles, in addition, the corners are reinforced by an inclined sub-structure, made by rectangular columns oblique to the facade.

Inside this rigid geometrical polygon, a sort of rounded trident, almost fully glazed, accommodates the actual program, divided in three wings, each with different purposes, social areas on the west and south side and more private areas on the east side. The west wing is occupied by a classic cars collection exhibit, which becomes a focal point of the house, marking the entrance and all the interior circulation by its transparency.

In between the two shapes, the remaining space creates three shaded terraces that connect with the surrounding landscape, to the football pitch at west, to the tree garden at east and to the seafront to the south, where the swimming pool is placed, overlooking the beach. Its massive top roof terrace is accessible by a spiral staircase in the very center of the house, a sculptural element that organizes the internal circulation, as well as it qualifies this sort of central distribution space.
